Very comfortable rooms in this quiet hotel at a most reasonable price. There are numerous shops in the neighborhood, including an excellent supermarket and an excellent gym. To get into town, it is an easy and enjoyable seven minute boat ride that costs only 1.5 Euro. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Amazing and friendly staff, from the receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters in the breakfast room to the shuttle drivers. However, one staff member just went above and beyond: Sheera. He was always available to help with anything, he helped me book a tour to the national park and also book a bus trip to my next destination, he even requested a vegetarian dish for my breakfast!
In terms of location, it is in the center of the city and it is possible to go to some nearby attractions on foot, including the waterfront which is only 15 minutes away. For farther attractions, there is a shuttle service on request including dropoff and pickup. The buffet breakfast is very good with both Asian and Western-style options including vegetarian-friendly options. Throughout the hotel, there are several water filtering stations for refilling your water bottles.
For me, this hotel is a must-visit (and stay) attraction in Brunei. Highly recommended!
