This place is so good that it’s hard to leave! It’s located in a lovely and safe neighborhood, just a five-minute walk from a supermarket and teleferico station. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are super comfy with plenty of blankets. Each traveler has their own locker. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, mixer, and more. The showers have hot water. There’s a huge living room with plenty of tables, perfect for relaxing or working. Wifi is good. The owners are also very kind and welcoming.

Francisco and Maria are incredibly kind and the food they prepared was very nice! The location of the hostel gives an amazing overview of the lake and the temple. It was all very calm and Francisco knows a lot about the history of the temple and the culture. Furthermore, the houses of the hostel are made by Francisco himself, very beautiful! Would surely visit again.

Recently fully refurbished, the high standards and professionalism of the staff were only matched by their friendliness and helpfulness. Superb location, restaurants nearby. We stayed 14 nights, a fantastic 5 star experience in the middle of Santa Cruz.

The breakfast was amazing. Thank you to Angel and his colleagues. We had a great stay and really liked the area, the staff and rooms were tidy.

It’s beautiful, very well designed and comfortable. The location is ideal as well, close to town but quiet enough. A small complaint wld be that I did my laundry and perhaps in a moment of rush, the clothes came back smelling damp and also lost a piece of undergarment. However the owner didn’t charge me for it and I appreciated that gesture as acknowledgment of mistake and having great service. The owners are always available and accommodating, even helping me find another room when I had to extend whilst they were full.

Comfortable and peaceful rooms, great service, great breakfast, nice pool with tasty cocktails. Good massage.
