Modern, upscale rooms, and incredible customer service! Extremely impressed with how welcoming and accommodating they were with everything. From flexible check-in and check-out times, to recommending activities in Hornepayne during our stay, we were helped with anything we needed, Studio 6 absolutely killed it in the customer service department.

EVERYTHING!! The place is very nice, comfy and clean. The staff is very efficient, nice and smiling. And the breakfast and the afternoon treats are awesome!!

It's not only amazingly comfortable, clean, luxurious but it has many many tiny little for details that we weren't expecting that made it the best hotel I've stayed at in Canada (and I live here!). The staff were incredible, there's a hot tub and an amazing games room. Free food on arrival and loads of fees drinks. It really was an amazing stay.

Cannot fault anything about the hotel. But the best thing was the staff. So friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have wished for a better hotel

Beautiful property, decorated with exceptional detail and comfort, stylish and elegant in every way. Mixture of modern comfort blended with classic and historical details.

The auberge is located on a side street with beautiful old houses, away from the traffic but within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and boutiques in Wakefield. The building and the room are modern; everything is new and fully equipped. Having the sauna on the patio was such a treat!

Not much to fault here. 1 of the rooms we had (207) had a constant series of clicking throughout the night.

Could not have asked for more or better! Definitely would stay there again. Everything was impeccably clean, very stylish. The bathroom products were high-end quality products, the room was well equipped. It's a self check-in place, so no staff on site, but when I had a question, I messaged the property at 11PM through the Booking messaging service and I was answered instantly! We were going to stay in Sherbrooke initially as we spent the day at the Strom spa there, but the 20 min drive was definitely worth it, in comparison with other places in Sherbrooke that were more expensive and less well reviewed.

Everything. Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the pier. Also a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal. Beautiful facilities - our room was gorgeous with lovely views. We could see sea planes and cruise ships. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful - I wish I could remember his name but the male on reception who checked us in was so lovely. The staff had sprinkled rose petals all over our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon and left us a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons. We also loved that the hotel has bikes to borrow to save on renting any. I loved every second of our time here, I didn’t want to go home.

We were upgraded to a Suite which was very comfortable. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel - classic style and excellent hospitality. All the staff were excellent - either well recruited or well trained or both. They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.
