They went above and beyond to provide local tips and even helped arrange transportation—making my stay seamless and stress-free . The rooms were thoroughly clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities like air conditioning, fridge, safe, and comfortable beds. The attention to detail in housekeeping was impressive, with fresh towels and daily cleaning, ensuring a spotless environment . What truly stood out was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was courteous and efficient. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver for late-night requests. . Stella is a very well run hotel. Very modern and clean. The staff is excellent. They should be paid for overtime as they are very dedicated to the success of the hotel. Also they should be paid a good salary rate, not the minimal as many live far away and travel long distances to be on time to do their jobs. They were all very professional and a loyal staff should be remunerated for good work.
