Loved the decor! Eclectic boutique hotel. Comfortable super king size bed. Nice linens. Huge sliding patio doors that extend to a lovey outdoor space. The furnishings are a collection of old reclaimed pieces that create a hip space. Pilar was the best part about our stay. She was so welcoming and funny. We wished we could have stayed longer!

They cooked a delicious supper for us and were warm and friendly. The room was comfortable, warm and quiet.

Esencia Hotel Boutique is situated in a quiet side road within close walking distance to the beach and many restaurants of Vina del Mar. It is in a beautiful building that has been restored and transformed by the owners, Christian and Adri. The garden has been planted with attractive and scented plants and trees that attract hummingbirds in the summer. We stayed in the very quiet and comfortable garden room which was on one level. This was quaintly but tastefully furnished, had a heater for cooler nights and had a large bathroom with rain shower. The whole place is spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff are friendly and very polite. A substantial breakfast of your choice is included in the rate and is served in the dining room or your own room as you prefer. The garden has several cosy seating areas to relax and read or enjoy a glass of wine. Each room has a range of curated local wines that you can buy by the bottle, in place of a mini bar. Adri and Christian are the best hosts, offering their kindness and expertise. They both speak excellent English which was a treat for us non-Spanish speakers. Their communication before and during the trip was excellent and speedy on WhatsApp. They recommended and booked several local restaurants for us and a day tour of Valparaiso. Esencia Hotel Boutique is really a little oasis in the best area of Vina Del Mar. Its beauty and tranquility make it the very best choice of accommodation in the area. Everything exceeded my expectations. The place is absolutely stunning and feels so magical. I would highly recommend booking here. Everything is perfection.

Breakfast was exceptional, We got rainy days but even with that the place has an amazing view, very well located if you are driving, you can get anywhere in just 10 to 15 minutes and the staff was very nice, they even gave us really good recommendations on which places we could visit, it was a short stay pero I will definitely come back.

Paula was wxtremely nice and helpful. The guesthouse is located very nicely on top of the city overlooking the sea. Beautiful restored old house with airy rooms. And good breakfast. We highly recommend staying here. Gracias a Usted Paula

This hotel is brilliant, we had a great stay here. Room is clean and the breakfast is nice, you can enjoy the wonderful view everyday. The host is very friendly and patient, he gave us a lot useful information about how to make a good trip in National Park. Muchas gracias!

The property was perfect for our family of two adults and three children visiting Valparaiso from Australia. Camilla, Carolina, and Paulina were all very friendly and hospitable and provided useful guidance about things to do, and places to see in and around the area

Fantastic location right on the beach with stunning views. Beautifully decorated rooms with terrace overlooking the ocean. Loved the little coffee shop and especially loved the Olive and Fig restaurant across the road with its amazing food and owner.
