Awesome helping and assisting

Wonderful guesthouse with lots of charm. We had a loft room which was super spacious and comfortable, and had great views over the coastline and city. Breakfast was delicious - lots of options and a relaxed setting.

Loved the decor and the living room - it is more welcoming than a hotel, everyone greets each other and there is an amazing common area - would 100% recommend!

The property was perfect for our family of two adults and three children visiting Valparaiso from Australia. Camilla, Carolina, and Paulina were all very friendly and hospitable and provided useful guidance about things to do, and places to see in and around the area

Everything was great! The location with river and mountain views is amazing. You have the most amazing view from your bed. The beds are comfortable, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom is great. They have thought about many details that make the experience better. The hot tubs in the forest looking out onto the river were fun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious. It’s not too big so it’s quiet and it doesn’t feel crowded or busy - a perfect place to relax. It was worth the drive and we were very pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and peaceful place in nature. We highly recommend it and we would go again and again.

Fabulous views from hotel and the decor and styling of hotel was absolutely beautiful. The terrace upstairs was lovely with excellent views of the harbour.
