Originally we had booked another place in Valpariso. Though we had booked it 6 months beforehand, they cancelled, while we were flying in. We were desperately searching for an alternative in the very booked out town. And we found this lovely place. Still walking distance to the sights to see, a fantastic view over the bay and most of all, very helpful and friendly staff. As we had planned our new year’s eve with the other place, we had no more dinner and nothing to welcome the new year. Carolina arranged everything for us last minute and saved our night! I usually don't leave reviews but i was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and especially how welcome the people working there made me feel! They were always ready to give me advice or recommendations for places to see and things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll be sure to come back if i'm ever in Viña again!

Our stay in Futangue was absoluty amazing! Would definitely recommend this to anyone. The scenery is beautiful. It’s so special being able to sleep in this parc. We did a long hike, bike trail and Darwin frog trail with a guide, everything was super nice. The food is very good. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly. The spa is also very nice. Must visit!
