The room has a view of Lugu Lake, the scenery is very beautiful. We took the bus to the bus station, and the hotel staff came to pick us up. When we returned to Lijiang, they also helped me arrange a car. The price was very cheap. I was very satisfied

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Wuyu Hotel and felt compelled to share my thoroughly positive experience. This establishment excels in creating a harmonious blend of comfort, style, and impeccable service. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the hotel’s distinct ambiance. The interior design is exceptionally well-considered, masterfully combining a sense of modern elegance with warm, rustic charm. The clever use of high ceilings, abundant natural lighting, and tasteful wooden furniture throughout creates an atmosphere that is both calming and profoundly cozy. While the lobby is intimate in size, this only serves to enhance its inviting, residential feel, much like a well-appointed living room, which immediately makes one feel at home. The quality of the accommodations is matched only by the excellence of the staff. The entire team was courteous and attentive, but I must offer a special commendation to Lucky. She provided outstanding service, offering insightful and personalized guidance on the various attractions I could visit in Chongqing. Her recommendations were invaluable and greatly enriched my exploration of the city. Her willingness to assist with any inquiry was consistently met with a genuine and cheerful attitude. Furthermore, the dining experience was a highlight of each morning. The breakfast offered a delightful array of options, all of which were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The atmosphere in the dining area was relaxed and inviting, providing a perfect start to the day. A particular standout was the Chongqing noodles, which were an absolute culinary delight and a fantastic way to experience local flavor. Without any reservation, I highly recommend the Wuyu Hotel to any traveler seeking a refined, comfortable, and authentically welcoming base for their journey in Chongqing. It is a truly commendable establishment.

Our stay at Qingcheng hegu haven was really enjoyable. Nestled at the foot of the hills, it’s surrounded by nature—just a heads-up: pack mosquito repellent as there are some bugs in the evenings. The host’s warmth made us feel like family from the moment we arrived—they even mapped out hidden local eateries and scenic trails that became highlights. The traditional Chinese decor is nice, especially the lotus pond at dusk. Being 10 minutes from the Panda Base was a plus, and after exploring, the hot springs and Chinese-style SPA were quite relaxing. Minor note: stairs from reception to rooms mean extra help with luggage, but the waitstaff happily carried ours. Worth considering for a stay in the area.​

The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and the service is good, with staff helping with luggage. Booking a ride online is very convenient, with direct pickup at the hotel entrance. The breakfast is quite rich, and it is very close to the East Gate. You can walk through Jinbian Stream, which has beautiful scenery and very clear water, suitable for wading and playing, although it is a bit cold now, so be careful of catching a cold. After hiking, the foot massage downstairs is very convenient for relaxing your feet.

The scenery here is very beautiful. After we took the bus from Lijiang to Lugu Lake, the hotel drove to pick us up. It was very convenient. When we returned to Lijiang, the hotel could also help us arrange it. The location is very good.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Yangshuo! The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by breathtaking karst mountains and just a short walk from the Yulong River. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, from arranging Ebike rentals to recommending the best local restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and hotel beautifully decorated with a touch of traditional Chinese style. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept so well each night. The view from room was stunning, especially in the morning when the mist covered the mountains. Breakfast was delicious, offering both Western and Chinese options. I especially loved the fresh fruit and local specialties. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangshuo!

The kindness of the staff who helped us with everything we needed.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating and spoke good English. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Liyang cultural area. Room I had was beautiful, roomy and super clean. Bed was soft and comfortable. Balcony was pleasant to sit on and enjoy my tea. Breakfast was delicious and had good options for eastern and western palates.

Mary was an amazing host . Accommodation top notch , food fabulous and owner was helpful beyond belief. We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏
