Good location at Qingcheng hegu haven—10-minute walk to Panda Garden, easy taxis/parking. The restaurant’s Chinese food was amazing; adding some Western dishes would make it even better. Garden water lilies are beautiful, just watch for bugs.​

After we took the bus from Lijiang to the bus stop of Lugu Lake, the hotel staff drove to pick us up. The breakfast was very rich, very high-quality service, the room can see the lake view, very nice hotel

A truly wonderful stay! The hotel is a beautiful, traditional haven with a peaceful courtyard. Our room was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The highlight was the delicious Yunnan rice noodles served for breakfast. A perfect, authentic Dali experience

Rebecca and her team are dedicated to let you feel very welcome. The offered rides, the flexibility and the free laundry are most appreciated. The room is spacious and the bed provides a good night rest.

Scenic and serene surroundings.

I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience! First of all, the location is absolutely stunning — the hotel is situated in a scenic area with breathtaking views. Every day enjoyed panoramic views and nature right from my window — a true treat for the soul. The staff made a great impression — they speaks English, they are always polite and ready to help. You can really feel their genuine care for the guests: they help with luggage, give advice on routes, assisted with tickets and taxi.

We had a very warm welcome. Luckily we could speak English with the owner which is not always possible in China. She was very helpful and gave us good advice. The place is very close to the entrance to the park.

What made my visit truly special was the wonderful hospitality of the husband-and-wife owners, who not only ran the hotel but also had a lovely jewelry shop right next door. Their warm welcome, helpful suggestions about local attractions, and thoughtful touches (like helpful WeChat support and a personalized map) made me feel genuinely cared for and at home . I highly recommend Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt service. I’m already looking forward to returning!
