Brand new, clean, the owners are so friendly we actually ended up chatting with them over a beer during evenings (there's no kitchen yet, but it's possible to buy a variety of food and drinks that are available in fridges). Breakfast had a reasonable variety with the owners preparing eggs or sausages upon request. We're coming back in a week, so I guess that speaks for itself. Plus, there's 2x11kw charger for your e-car.

Guest reviewA truly fantastic hotel with the sweetest and friendliest staff. The staff were incredibly helpful with various requests. The surroundings were beautiful and authentic, and the rooms were the size of 4 regular hotel rooms combined. We will definitely come back and stay here next time we are in Prague.

Staff was nice and helpful and gave us very good suggestions for bohemian restaurants (not the standard tourist choices). Amazing breakfast too. Clean and comfortable. The lake was surrounded by a path and even though it was quite muddy during the stay it was still possible to have a short walk around. Even in the evening as there were lamps lit. Really excellent place. Worth a visit!
