Amazing experience. We felt at home. The apartments are thoughtfully equipped with high-quality materials. The surroundings are beautifully maintained. Not overcrowded, so everything is easily accessible without too many people. We loved the option to shop self-service at the bar-café. A wonderful idea to buy freshly marinated meat and grill it at a dedicated barbecue for each house without worrying about wood or anything else. Everything is taken care of by a very friendly host. The pool is well maintained and the kids loved it. The yard has many different games and activities, we didn’t even have time to try them all. Electric car charging was very convenient and for a good price. We regretted only one thing when leaving – that we stayed too short. Highly recommend to everyone.

We had two rooms on base floor, and short access to lobby area. Stay was nothing but perfect. Very attentive employees, always doing their outmost to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was a display in itself, with all and more than what we wanted. Pastries were just impressive. Recommending Residence Agnes 100%

Historic and well maintained. Simple but elegantly furnished

I loved everything about this gorgeous place. Every little detail was just beautiful and like a piece of art. It’s a magical place with my favourite location in Prague. The staff were amazing and really genuinely friendly and welcoming. We had the most wonderful stay and loved every moment of our romantic getaway at the Hotel U Raka. Beautiful renovated historical building, interiors decorated with attention to details, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and had to enter the property all by ourselves but we were guided by the the staff remotely and all went smooth. Overall atmosphere was unique and we felt very welcome.

Breakfasts were amazing, very varied and fresh; the staff was great, they spoke Czech, German, and Polish. The lake was surrounded by a path and even though it was quite muddy during the stay it was still possible to have a short walk around. Even in the evening as there were lamps lit. Really excellent place. Worth a visit!

Very nice staff, always available, caring and welcoming us with a smile. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pretty clean. The car service to the airport was amazing (made us save more than 20€ compared to a normal taxi). The position was very cool, close to the city center but not too close to hear the noise and to be stuck in the tourist’s crowds, easy reachable by car and very close to a couple of very good restaurants.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service and the wonderful upgrade during my recent stay. Your hospitality truly made my visit memorable. The staff was attentive and professional, thank you Airu for your wonderful services! And the upgraded room was a delightful surprise. Gym room is good enough equipped with all Technogym, nice place for my workout in Praha! I look forward to returning soon! Ryan
