An absolutely fantastic hotel in an old, beautiful building in the middle of the small village. The building is tastefully renovated with nice, spacious, clean rooms and pleasant common areas. Super nice and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and rich. We had a very good dinner at the restaurant just a short walk from the hotel.

Excellent, owner run boutique hotel in Westerland. Exceptional care is put on customer satisfaction by the owner. She is clearly passionate about hospitality and this hotel in particular. Newly renovated, very tasteful. The rooms are very large and have all that one needs. The breakfast deserves as special mention: it is surprising, lots of little tasty pleasantries. On top there is a buffet and one can order eggs etc. One of the best breakfasts we had. Certainly a recommendation. We will book the Hotel Atlantic again for sure.

I absolutely loved my stay at Jaumann’s Sudwind Sylt. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated with a great attention to detail. It had a lovely garden to relax in which you could use at anytime. The breakfasts were delicious and different each day. But above all all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and Gerrit and Elisa went above and beyond. And the island of Sylt is magical. I hired an electric bike which enabled me to see the whole island.

The breakfast/dinner delivery service is a great idea - the food was excellent. The chalets have a private hot tub & sauna, and also the shared outdoor pool is heated, which meant we could enjoy it despite some rainy weather!
