Peaceful and beautiful property, with lots of character. The loveliest room with the most comfortable bed I have had in 6 weeks of travelling. Luisa the owner is so kind and helpful. Her husband is the chef and the breakfast & dinner were delicious and beautifully presented. A lovely end to my long trip and calm before a late flight.

Very nice owners, tasty meals in the hotel restaurant with fair prices and also vegetarian meal options, spacious and clean room with garden view. Laundry available. Fast and uncomplicated transport service to the airport for extra fee. Perfect for an overnight stop, would visit again!

Amazing hotel. Situated in the center of the city! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador.

Our stay in Margarit Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. The central communal space was wonderful, with a close up view of the hummingbirds feeding a few feet away. Margarit gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our beautiful room which was far more gorgeous than expected. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceedingly helpful. We booked a Bird Watching Tour that Margarit organised for us and it was everything we hoped it would be. The location of the hotel was also excellent.
