We were checked in earlier since the room was available. The room was comfortable, with a nice interior and a welcoming drink - water. The bed and pillows were also worth mentioning. The bathroom was pretty small but equipped with good soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Due to our room selection, coffee, tea, and some sweets were always available in the lobby. The breakfast was served as a buffet and was super nutritious and tasty. The location is good too. We travelled without a car, and it was important for us to have easy access to the nearby ski resort, so it was just a 20-minute walk and a few minutes from the city center. So, overall, I highly recommend this place, and if I visit Otepää again, I will definitely stay here. The place is very quite and peaceful. The service was extremely friendly, and we even received a gift - a jar of honey. Thank you very much!

We really loved the place. The atmosphere was so nice, peaceful and beatiful. Also the breakfast was super good. And service was 10/10. We are definetly coming back.

This is a top quality hotel with a small hotel feel. I loved the service and restaurant. Location is perfect right in the middle of the old town and perfect for the Viljandi Folk Festival event.

Lovely large room, with a comftable bed and a great bathroom. Room and the whole hotel had great athmosphere and nice design. There's an amazing rooftop terrace, with a bar and restaurant. Bar served great unique coctails, that tasted really good. There's also a nice spa area and gym that you can use and is inclueded in the room price. Would deffiently reccomend this hotel, we had an amazing stay!

Very neat and clean and ambiance

The hotel qualifies for its superior four-star rating. The personnel is polite and helpful. The ambiance is gorgeous, and there is a luxurious scent in the rooms and halls. The restaurant is marked in the Michelin guide and attracts with its high-quality service and cuisine. The location is exceptional - in the very heart of Tartu's Old Town yet, in the quiet corner of it. Breakfast was wonderful and the waiters were helpful there as well (I would only recommend using less salt in an omelet and no salt & sugar in the porridge). The spa is small & cozy with a luxurious atmosphere inside. Overall, Lydia Hotel provided us with a wonderful stay caring about us at every step.

Amazing hotel: brand new in convenient location at an old town. Very comfortable beds. Had amazing sleep and breakfast. Definitely would like to recommend this hotel for business and leisure.
