The property is really beautiful, set on an island of Aswan. The welcomed me in like I was apart of their family and made it feel more homely. It is such a beautiful property and accessible only by boat. The island is beautiful. Plus their kitchen is incredible - the food was delicious! I would always recommend people to stay here for the peaceful atmosphere and the incredible sunrises over the water.

Excellent customer service, amazing architecture/ design and smart floorplan. Excellent room (free upgrade)! Great ambiance though also respecting tranquility for the guests. Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

I am particularly impressed by the response time to any request made by guests. Through out my stay, the managers were anxious to receive requests from us and have always promptly responded to any such request.

Really clean and great hotel in Farafra. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are really nice and you have plenty of choices. We book tours with them and it was excellent, good quality car, driver was also reliable and drove safely that is unique in Egypt. I could just recommend them.

This is a perfect hotel - World class! All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool and multiple restaurants all serving fabulous food. They even packed us takeaway breakfast because we were checking out before 6am. Definitely book this hotel if you can - we can’t wait to return!

Every thing were amazing we feel to much relax and we have special treatment from miss cristine and MR Ahmed we enjoyed too much, food was really good

I received exceptional service from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The hotel's prime location was a major advantage, the facilities were excellent, and the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking.
