Great location of the hotel. Nil river around. Good place for fishing!

Very good hotel, I enjoyed alot during my stay (my honeymoon) and I highly recommend for others. Very good hospitality, enthusiastic staff, very good room services. I enjoyed alot with daily night shows. I liked all entertainment team (Hamza, Bibo, Ali, Suzi). I liked the food and helpful waiters at the main restaurant (esp. Alaa).

Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

Exceptional Family Vacation at Jaz Elite Asteria – Absolutely Recommended! We (two adults with our 4-month-old baby) experienced a truly perfect holiday at the Jaz Elite Asteria in Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, it was clear: this hotel sets new standards in service, cleanliness, and overall comfort. The entire resort is modern, well maintained, and elegantly designed. We were especially impressed by the warm atmosphere and the genuine interest of the staff in providing guests with an unforgettable stay. ⸻ 🛏️ Rooms & Housekeeping – Spotlessly Clean and Lovingly Attended Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable – ideal for a young family. A special thank-you goes to Hassan from Housekeeping. He cleaned our room every day with the utmost care and was always attentive, friendly, and reliable. Everything was always perfectly in order, and he even paid attention to the smallest details. This made our stay extremely pleasant. ⸻ 🍽️ Gastronomy – Excellent Service and High Quality The restaurants and bars at Jaz Elite Asteria impressed us with their variety, quality, and friendliness. The food was diverse and fresh, and at any time of day we felt perfectly taken care of. A huge compliment to the fantastic F&B team: Manager Mr. Mohamed, Youssef, Mina, and Randa. All four surprised us every day with exceptionally warm, professional, and fast service. They were always attentive, always smiling, and responded perfectly to our wishes – including the needs of our baby. This personal connection truly enriched our holiday experience. ⸻ 💆 Spa & Massage – Pure Relaxation Another highlight was the massages at the spa. Lara and Miko impressed us with their warm personalities and excellent professional skills. The massages were relaxing, high-quality, and exactly what you hope for on vacation. The spa area is also very well maintained and immediately invites you to unwind.

To give 10 stars and say that the stay at the hotel was great is like to say nothing. From the moment we landed in Cairo until our departure the hotel owner - Mustafa - has taken care of us. At the airport there was a driver - Shaben - waiting for us. I must adnote it was 3 o'clock in the morning at this time. We were taken to a hotel. Check-in was fast and done by the owner himself along with a quick tour of the place. The view from the terrace is more than magnificent. The room was as described. The food and service at the hotel is outstanding. Mustafa was kind enough to offer and organize a tour that included a private car with a driver (Shaben), private tour guide (wonderful Jessy), everyday lunch (eating local delicious food in great restaurants) and all the attraction we wanted to see and more. The experience was indescribable so I am just gonna say IT IS WORTH IT! If we didn't take we would probably miss 70% of the attractions. Thanks to perfect planning of Mustafa and Jessy we did aprox. 2 weeks of sighseeing in one week. I highly reccomend to take the full package as it allows for a tourist to forget he is a tourist and experience the essence of every place. It was like all of the inconvenience was gone and what was left was pure magic mixed with the knowledge and energy of Jessy (the tour guide), proffesional driving and approach of Shaben (the driver) and hospitality of Mustafa, Mahhmud and all of his staff. We felt like visiting a family rather than tourists and within a week we were able to made friendships that will last. We were sad to leave Masr, because it felt like leaving home and our family but Inshallah we will come back.

This is a special hotel and well worth staying at while visiting Luxor. We would return just to stay at the hotel...

The property is very clean and new. The location is very beautiful, it is really amazing to wake up in the morning and see the wonderful mountain of Luxor. It is a full luxury hotel in the middle of desert. The owners are very very friendly and helpful. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Everything about Rahala Safari Hotel was excellent. Ahmed and the entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, dinner is tasty and plentiful. The lounge with the fire lit is wonderful and you feel like a Bedouin while drinking tea after dinner. The hotel has a beautiful garden with flowers and fruit trees, ideal for drinking tea or coffee.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Panorama was set in the most idyllic location and our hosts, Ayman and Mohammed treated us like family and made sure our needs were met. The place had everything we needed and more and when I visit Luxor again, I will 100% choose to stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking here but are worried about it being on the West Bank instead of the east, don’t worry. The West Bank is much better, more authentic side of Luxor.

This hotel is a little gem! We truly loved our stay here in this small boutique-hotel. All the staff was so friendly and very service-oriented. Having delicious breakfast on the beautiful rooftop was magical, especially when seeing all the hot air balloons early in the morning! We also had our dinner during our stay which was very good as well! The location is perfect, not far from the Valley of the Kings and Queens. The hotel has an unbeatable view on the Medinat Habu temple which is within walking distance! We found out that the hotel was the first and only hotel on the Westbank. Howard Carter and his team stayed here during the time the tomb of Tutankhamun was discovered so for us this gave an extra dimension to our stay!
