Very nice owners, we have been to a lot of places but I don't remember to meet such a nice owners. We had a very good breakfast, clean, big room, with a nice view on the castle. They welcome us with wine and sweets made in home.

A beautiful, clean, pastoral, with a unique and so nice host's every thing was perfect including the dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is very clean , our room had a balcony we enoyed the street views evey morning We had a great stay here ,easily accessible to all the hallal restaurants, city attractions , bathroom has water spray and to our surprise we got the prayer mat too felt like home

Great new building in a perfect position to visit Tbilisi by walk and by public transport (going to the bus station and Rustaveli metro station takes only 2 minutes by walk). We stayed in a big and comfortable room with a private bathroom and every comfort. The breakfast is amazing! There is both savory and sweet food and everything is made by the host which is very kind and makes us feel at home. Special mention to her, Natia, for her kindness. Both hosts helped us a lot, giving us all the information we needed and making our stay in Tbilisi perfect.

We had a great stay! The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. Breakfast was good, and we especially enjoyed the delicious wine from their winery. Also we had very interesting tour around their winery. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.

Perfect location, easy free parking right outside the hotel. They also have a private parking garage available. You can walk anywhere in Old Tbilisi from the hotel. Fast wifi, clean and comfortable rooms. Our host Misho was super welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast, worth the money. Good pricing for the room aswell.

The location by the river. The storks by the riverside. Only the magic sound of the running water of the river was heard during the night... Clean, well equipped room. Plus, we fully appreciated the honesty and integrity of the owners in an incident that occured.

Family 4 night stay travelling from UK through Georgia in July 2025. The choice of hotel was based on internet search and good reviews. I have to say I am very glad I made the decision and booked The Family Hotel Triston. Our stay was excellent, very clean and comfortable rooms; tasty breakfast; good location with links to public transport and above all Keti, the hotel host and Manana, Keti's mom. We were made very welcome by Keti all our needs were met and questions answered. At the end of our stay we felt like part of the family. We absolutely loved the hotel and definitely will be booking it again if we visit beautiful Tbilisi again. Thank you, Keti!

The guest house was very good. Its location is perfect - near to the central parts of Tbilisi and its sightseeing. The owners - Tamara and Georgi - are very kind and polite. They fulfilled all our requests.
