I have never met such a welcoming, nice, helpful hosts before. I had a lovely time at this guest house. Great view at window, nice location(near the bus station and the castle), cozy, clean room. breakfast was so gorgeous!!! That was my best. Their house wine was also good. I used host driver service to Vardzia(80lari). he sometimes stopped at best camera spots. Really helpful, safe driving.You can see the reason of 10 review once you meet them. I’ll never forget their lovely smile!

We had an amazing stay here. It surpassed our expectations. The location is beautiful, with amazing views of the mountains. It's easy to get to by car, and close enough to the other attractions in the area. The bed and the room were wonderful. It shows that it's a new hotel. Everything is fresh and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable one we slept on in Georgia. The bathroom is spacious & clean. Don't even get us started on breakfast - it was beyond amazing. Waffles, roasted pumpkin, fruits, potatoes, and so much more! Giga & his girlfriend went above and beyond in everything. They were super sweet. We spent so much time talking to him and we loved it. He also had some great recommendations for supper. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it!

Everything is beautifully decorated. It is comfortable and clean. Natia the owner was super attentive to our needs and really went out of her way to make our stay better. And the breakfast… a feast for your eyes and tummy. Perfect 🤩

Very lovely family. The daughter speaks fluently in English, and that is super helpful. The hotel is very nice and cosy, the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. We wanted to sleep our last night relatively close to the airport (30 minutes away) and in a place away from busy roads, and this was perfect 👌 the room was clean, had everything we needed, and AC was working very well. There is a small shared kitchen so you can make yourself a coffe, use a fridge or prepare breakfast. We ordered breakfast from family and it was very tasty, perfect before our flight home. We could leave our car behind the gate, no problem with parking.

Hotel had great location for my business trip. Great value for money, with wonderful breakfast. Charming atmosphere and helpful staff. Fast internet was a great highlight. Would strongly recommend.
