There are no words to describe how absolutely spectacular the hosts were. Right has we arrived we were greeted at the door by the couple who owns the Hotel and they were amazingly friendly, showing us the room immediately, offered us tea or coffee and even gave us a bottle of homemade wine! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, lots of food, omelette cooked on the spot, a huge variety of sweets, bread and cheese. Honestly the best hotels I've ever stayed in and for certain the one I have felt most welcome!

Really exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern premises. Staff extremely helpful, special mention to Nick at reception who helped me to recover my wallet which I'd left in a taxi late at night, as well as helping me with basic things like finding a good barber, great night-life and doing my laundry. Irina the owner is also a lovely person. Located very close by are many fantastic restaurants such as Unfound Door and Ninia's Garden, also the Wine Gallery which is the most beautiful liquor store I've ever seen. The old town and public baths are just a pleasant walk away

It was a remarkable experience to stay in this lovely small family hotel located in the heart of Kutaisi. As we past midnight, we were greeted by Giorgi who showed us the room and helped move in. The next day Giorgi and Mamuka showed us around Kutaisi. We've seen most important sights, restaurants and beautiful spots. The day after Giorgi and Mamuka helped us to organize a visit by car to the tourist spots outside of the city of Kutaisi (the amazing Prometheus Caves and the Canyon). Keep in mind that those spots are not walking distance and you can only get there by car, so without Giorgi's and Mamuka's help it would be harder for us to get there.
