I liked everything about it, the service was great. I felt at home.

The location is a bit outside Elmina town, but close enough to walk. It also provides a panoramic view of town and castle. The a-la-carte breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, and food was overall good and tasty. It's a new place which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room had a small balcony, which was perfect to watch the sunrise.

The food and hospitality was amazing and I enjoyed the consistency of the internet and hot water and they power went out and I never knew because the generator kicked in so fast and backed it right up. Excellent stay!!!

Great breakfast, REAL coffee in French Press and delicious cuisine in general, especially fresh fish with banku. In general, I have visited many resorts in the close Busua area (as well as many other resorts in Ghana), but Afro Beach is genuinely something completely different. It is a unique combination of place (calm, quiet, untouched), housing (new and done thoughtfully with a passion), and personal (especially the owner - Francis - who is one of the most interesting people I have met). His motto (that he wants people to be happy) is not just a phrase. He can provide anything you want, also walking with you to a party in Busua or to Butre and so on and so forth. So, don't hesitate to visit Afro Beach; even Francis' story and personality are entirely worthy of doing so.

Everything, but most the front desk staff, restaurant staff and especially Mr Ali Zaher, he even helped with service more than he should!

I was welcomed into this gorgeous boutique hotel. I had to stay in Accra as I was unwell for a few days and just needed to rest and recuperate - this was was the perfect place to do just that- the team were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Also very conventionally close to the airport when it was time to leave. Thank you.

This hotel is a great place. What makes it so unique is the staff and management are good people and personable. The place is very clean and kept as such daily, food from the restaurant is really good and the environment is peaceful. I recommend.

This was one of our best stays in Ghana! Beautiful resort at the most beautiful paradise beach and when we were there there were only 4 other tourists so we actually had the whole beach to ourselves:) The resort is a bit far away from the road/closest towns which makes relaxing there even better as it's super quiet with fresh air:) The staff both at the reception and at the restaurant/bar made every effort to make our stay perfect, they were very helpful and polite. Breakfast is good - fresh fruit; eggs of your choice, bread, some jam and juice. During the rest of the day it's possible to order food and drinks from the menu, all good and very big portions. The cottage we booked (budget/eco) is not within the main resort area but a short walk down the road (next to employees accommodation facilities), but still, it's surrounded by pretty rainforest, short walk to the sea and main resort and feels very safe so all was great. Staff can also help to organise some tours around the area, book a taxi to Takoradi etc. Really lovely place.
