Hotels in Greenland

We are a family of five including 3 children, and the apartment we lived on the 4th floor was spacious enough and has such an amazing view. We had a comfortable stay and the place made a positive experience for our travels in Ilulissat. I would definitely recommend it to larger families ad anyone wishing a spacious and comfortable stay in one of the most far away locations in the world. Great thanks to the staff member Oraly (from France) for her hospitality and friendliness.

We liked everything! The staff was very friendly, The room was very clean with an amazing view on icefjorrd. We arrived at 6am and check in should be at 3pm. Our room was ready so we could go in and we could also have breakfast, which was delicious ! We loved to stay there.

Very clean and spacious both in the room and shared facilities. Three toilets is great for five rooms. Also nice view from the common room.

Room was quite pleasant, breakfast was nice. Get location.

Location was fantastic, quiet and right in the small settlement. The ablity to soak in the local life was a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ilulissat. It’s quiet, well set up and with helpful staff. We had fantastic views from our room overlooking the icebergs and town. It seems the best hotel for location as it is in the town centre so you can walk to everything. Although if required taxis are inexpensive and were quick to arrive. The Hotel also has alternative pillows available (memory foam) and our room had good blockout curtains. There is a rooftop restaurant with a veranda with spectacular views. Menus were small but the food good. Breakfast is included in the room rate.

The receptionist, I forget his name nice man, very helpful and very professional.

the room I got was a corner room with views of the waters. the room was very comfy and of a good size. best of all, I got an upgrade from my original booking n when my flight was cancelled, they extended my stay at the same rate! it was a v nice act in the midst of chaos. I walked to the city on both days and while it’s definitely a walk it was manageable for me n I enjoyed the environment. highly recommended!!!!

Location was superb. All restaurants closeby. There is Spar at the ground floor of the hotel building
