I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was truly impressed by the overall experience. The front desk service was efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. As for the room facilities, everything was top-notch—clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my visit was the breathtaking sea view from my room, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, service, and scenic beauty.

Great hotel with fantastic views from hotel rooms and restaurant. Spacious, modern and very clean room/bathroom with large panoramic window overlooking Disko Bay and its icebergs. Very friendly & helpful staff. Tour booking company (World of Greenland) on-site. Fantastic breakfast buffet. In-house restaurant serves very good lunch & dinner. Complimentary shuttle to airport and hourly service into town.

If I could describe Eagle View in one word, then it would be "Wow". We stayed here for two nights during a six week trip and found Eagle View to be our favourite place to stay during that time. The view out over the bay is absolutely spectacular. The house itself is high-spec, with a large living and dining area, huge and very well appointed kitchen, and large bathroom. The furniture and fittings are excellent. The house is very clean and the location is quiet. It's an easy 15-20 minutes walk from Nuuk's city centre. We really enjoyed our stay at Eagle View and would most definitely return.

The breakfasts were excellent, the view of the fjord was fantastic, we also ordered a Greenlandic buffet dinner - a great culinary experience. Overall, we were very satisfied, the staff was helpful and willing. The communication from the reception before and during our holiday was great. The free transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the harbour when we left for Disko Island was seamless.

Location at the middle of the hill is actually a huge plus! Transport to and fro the airport got us there quickly and that's included in the room charge. Reception was very very friendly and checked us in the moment the rooms were done up. Rooms had very nice touches (from the fold at the end of the toilet paper to the beautfully folded towels). The small kitchenette helped in getting some light meals done too. Anyone who wants a cafe can cross the road to Cafe Nuka (owned by the hotel).

Morten kindly picked us up at the airport and gave us a lot of good information about Nuuk on the way to the hotel. We loved our room with a view of the port. It was quiet, nicely furnished and just what we needed.

The atmosphere and the food were excellent! Good value for money and very friendly staff! Can only recommend everyone to go. Thanks a lot Hotel SØMA.
