The hotel is on a very nice location! Close to a quiet beach. (So much better then the crouded beaches in the north) Staff is great. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Good wifi everywhere! Swimming pool is nice with good sunbeds, towels provided. Good breakfast and restaurant. The best hotel we had on our two week trip.

This hotel is a real gem, the rooms are superb and are cleaned regularly. The beds are comfortable and you have aircon that really does work. The breakfasts were one of the best I had during countless stays in Gambia and will match the likes of some of the other larger hotels with a simular namesake. The airy dinning rooms are decorated impeccably and the food quality and presentation was stunning. The overriding feature at this hotel is the customer service given by all members of staff, you will not come away disappointed. You are looked after in all aspects and the management team work together to support staff and there customers. This hotel was an accidental find but I will gladly return again and again.

I loved the room, the service and the location. The food was good, but I like a little variety so I didnt have it for more than a night (was there for 5 nights). All in all, the hotel was presidential and worth every dollar I spent, plus more. I strongly recommend it.

Sunset Beach is one of the best hotels in Gambia I have ever seen. Thank´s a lot of Mrs. Mane, the hotel manager and the friendly stuff. I will recommend this hotel . It´s a real nice and quiet hotel, a fantastic pool near the beach, a high quality restaurant, it has a nice terasse with view to the river and sea and we enjoyed our breakfast and good dinner there. The aesthetics and the food!!! The staffs were so kind Especially Mary at breakfast , Pamz at the gym and Emily at the reception, Mariam at dinner… they all made my stay a wonderful experience 🥰 I’m definitely coming back🥰

Very safe airport transfer. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere also amongst staff. Clean and well kept garden
