The accommodation is situated on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the lake—a sight you’ll never forget. The open tent experience, where you can sleep under the stars with an incredible view of the water, was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. The food here is fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. A special mention goes to the homemade bread, which is a true delight. There’s also an on-site beer garden and bakery, adding to the charm of the property. The owners Gaby & Jochen are wonderfully friendly and always available to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The property is nestled in the heart of nature, offering peace, tranquility, and a unique connection to the environment. Another rare and much-appreciated feature in Guatemala is the availability of hot water—a small luxury that makes a big difference. Lastly, everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained, showing the care and effort the owners put into every detail. What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.

Lovely ambience. Facilities new and in excellent condition. Comfortable. Calm, relaxing. Staff were very engaging, work together well as a team, respond promptly to any minor issues that arise. The modest exterior disguises a very nicely styled interior. Everything was excellent.

A stunning lakeside retreat nestled among the trees, this hotel perfectly balances luxury and relaxation. Our deluxe room was spacious, spotless, and featured super-comfy beds, a large private balcony, and an outdoor shower and bath. The beautifully designed grounds create a peaceful atmosphere, and the lake is perfect for swimming. The food was plentiful and delicious, and Eduardo and his team provided attentive yet unobtrusive service. Booking tours through the hotel was seamless. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Finca San Cayetano! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially towards our toddler. Breakfast with a view of the volcano was pure paradise—we could have stayed another week! The animal farm, playground, and playroom were fantastic additions, offering plenty of entertainment for our little one.

The hotel is like a museum it is super relaxing. The room was super spacious and clean with bed super comfortable! It is a super relaxing hotel! The personnel was super helpful and cordial. Breakfast for all the types of taste. i super recommend it I will stay for sure here again.

This is a great hotel in a central location, perfect for exploring the streets of Antigua. The beds were really comfy, the room had nice features and a great shower. Very reasonably priced all things considered. We hiked acatenango the night before and the hotel took in our bags overnight and let us check in early the next day.

What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!
