The location is absolutely lovely! Very quiet — pure satisfaction for both body and soul. The property is well-maintained and just a short walk from the beautiful Kőporosi Pincesor. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped. The bathroom had excellent water pressure in the shower, which was a big plus. The restaurant: I would rate the food 4 out of 5. The prices are quite high, but the quality doesn’t fully match the cost. Breakfast was tasty, with a small but good selection. The coffee, in particular, was excellent.

We enjoyed everything in this hotel. We definitely recommend it to any family planning to visit Budapest. Very friendly and attentive staff, nice breakfast, beautiful design. They have small co-working and very cozy billiard room in basement. SPA is coming, but we were provided the access to SPA in Kozmo hotel. And you are just 15 min away by foot from Gellert therma and sauna.

I have stayed long term in Szeged but this was my first time in RIVA. I chose it as it is near the station and had high scores. It was an amazing place; it's a hotel but the room is like an apartment and beautifully decorated. It is prettier than many apartments I lived in and for less cost than so many hotels. I slept so well and would recommend this lovely boutique where the staff go out of their way to make your stay personal. It is right by a bar selling healthy drinks and snacks too.

This is a brand new hotel in a wonderful part of Budapest on a lovely quiet street just around the corner from the Opera house and the main luxury shopping street. We stayed in the executive suite which was absolutely beautiful complete with full kitchen, dining area and sitting room. The bedroom was very spacious and there were several large wardrobing options. The main bathroom was very spacious and luxurious and there was a second toilet as well which was convenient. All the furniture and furnishings in the hotel and room are of the highest quality and the interior design is just beautiful. The bed in our room was very comfortable with luxurious bedding and we sleep very well. The hotel staff were very welcoming and assisted us greatly with bookings and advice on what to do and where to go. They were very helpful and from the minute we walked into the hotel we were so well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a talented chef and lovely friendly waiting staff. We have stayed in top end hotels all around the world but the attention to detail and personalised care that we received at Maison 45 ranked this experience among the very best. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
