But what truly set Desa Hay apart was its exceptional staff. They were like guardian angels, always there to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. From their warm greetings to their genuine conversations, they made me feel like an honored guest. It's the staff who make this place feel like a home away from home, and I can't praise them enough. Desa Hay is a treasure trove of beauty, both in its decor and the hearts of its staff, and I can't wait to return to this enchanting retreat in the future.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was decorated beautifully and wirlth a lot of love, it has a great pool looking directly at the ocean. And I was at Villa Boreh before so could just walk across. Perfect location for me. Also super supportive organizating a rie for Les waterfalls and to find an additional driver for my friend from a different hotel. Also the internet was one of the best I encounteted here in Bali. And it was quiet and a beautiful balcony. I can highly recommend it! Thank you 🙏

Everything is was superb. The food, the swimming pool, the service, the design, cleanses - everything was top.

This place is an absolute gem. The team was beyond wonderful and made our stay a literal core memory. Being here was magical: A team that quickly feels like family, amazing massages, a really great kitchen, the views down to the rice paddies with exotic birds flying all around you, spacious clean rooms, a private hot water pool, perfect water pressure in the shower, and a lovely team that goes an extra mile for you every day. The gym is cute and well equipped and options for Yoga and personal training rounded off a stay where we could not be unhealthy even if we really wanted to be 🤣 Thank you Eka, Gusti, Ade, Jun, Ayu and everyone working an excellent job from front desk to service to housekeeping: you are all superb. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and we have been blown away. We look forward to come back to the Uma Kalai 💫

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from Ade and the entire team. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always ensuring we had everything we needed. From organizing transportation to recommending the best local spots, their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The location is also fantastic—close enough to enjoy Bali’s best attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a private retreat. The owner of the villa, mr. Angu, was an excellent host who gave us a tour of the area, including some amazing waterfalls and his houses located nearby, which were of great tourist interest because they were very large and featured ancient temples Also the breakfast and the dinner that we had from chef Wayan has super tasty The suit girl Eza also was wonderful person and she did everything for us!!! The villa was amazing!!!!!! Just amazing!!!!

This place is phenomenal! The staff are extremely service-oriented and fulfill every wish if possible. From the interior, the food to the amenities - excellent!

The owners are super friendly The room is spacious, super clean and the view of the garden is marvellous The location is on point, a maximum of 15 min drive to attractions so you can visit anywhere in Uluwatu + Puri Pandawa without having to worry about the distance

I will say , if UBUD and with family then the best place - no second thoughts

I was surprised to see a new hotel with this amazing view, i could see mount Agung, another mountain, amazing pool! And very unexpectedly comfy beds.. I never slept so good ! and the service I got from the staff were incredible, they upgraded me to one of their villas, and I can really tell they did a great job! Will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends in the future, truly a memorable experience.. keep up the good work!
