Everything was perfect until the smallest details

Wonderful greek-inspired hotel. Everything is well designed in detail even with a Mykonos-style windmill and beautiful gardens. Must stay here if you come to Maurere. Great, bright rooms, modern good bathroom, good aircon, quiet lication. And also good wifi. Very welcoming staff and a very nice manager who reallt cares about his guests and can give tips, arrange a shared taxi and help to get an "ojek" (motorbike taxi) or rent motorbike. We enjoyed also the delicious breakfast with great choices and home-made marmelade and fresh fruits. Dinner in restaurant excellent, too, with reasonable pricing. They offer also cold beer. And they had a library with german books. There is a beach nearby (15 min walk) , east of hotel. Ok for swimming at high tide. Also nice for beach walk and beach has a beach-side cafe open at day-time. Ojeks and minibuses (normally crowded) go along the road , one does not need own transport.

🌴 A Hidden Gem in Bali! 🌅 What an incredible place! From the moment you arrive, you feel completely relaxed. The room and linens were spotless, and the view of the ocean and pool was simply breathtaking. Watching the sunrise each morning was a magical experience. The food was fantastic—breakfast, lunch, and dinner all available on-site, so there's no need to venture out. That kind of convenience is rare in Bali hotels! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay perfect. And the massage service? Unforgettable. I enjoyed a soothing massage every day right by the sea, next to the pool. Pure bliss. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in paradise.

On my trip around the world, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Uma Kalai and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and attentive staff, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. Our suite itself was stunning. Spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. Perhaps most impressive, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff throughout my stay. From the manager Eka to the two butlers Ade and Dicky to our driver Rana who went above and beyond to accommodate our various requests to the housekeeping team who ensured that our room was always pristine, every member of the staff was dedicated to ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. We also indulged in a relaxing spa treatment at the hotel's spa. This was the reason why we decided to extend our stay twice at the Uma Kalai.

I enjoyed my time during my stay at Plawa Laguna Bali. It was really incredible and memorable stay. The staff, the foods, love the minibar though, and the pool is one the unique pools I can say. Everything is just perfect. It's quiet area but yet it'a close to any public places you need. The beach is just few meters and morning walk around the area was also my favorite part. I will definetely go back. Recommended one for sure!

Where to even start.. my boyfriend and I spent 2 weeks travelling around Bali and Widji Garden was by far the best, and our favourite accommodation. Everything was absolutely perfect. The Villa itself is gorgeous, and the room was so comfortable that it felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The location was placed perfectly that it was easy to get around to the main spots in Uluwatu, especially when you have a scooter in which the owner himself helped us rent. Finally, I must give a huge thank you to Putu and Widja - truly some of the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve ever met. I wish I could give this property a 10 out of 5 stars!!

Crafted entirely from bamboo and located deep in a jungle village, this villa offers an incredibly exotic and unique feeling where the nature of Bali is felt in a truly special way. For those who want to see the real Bali — not just the tourist side, but the living, natural one — this villa is the perfect choice. Here, you will be surrounded by beauty and feel a true sense of harmony. Imagine falling asleep to the sound of the rain and hearing the chirping of cicadas in the evenings. A special highlight for us was the incredible opportunity given by the villa's owner, Mr. Agung. He showed us his authentic Balinese home and told us about his family's life and traditions. It was so interesting and insightful — one of the most memorable and best experiences of our entire trip to Bali. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. There's a wonderful pool where you can refresh yourself at any time. We would also like to thank the staff for the wonderful breakfasts and for their friendliness and hospitality. You can always turn to them with any question, and they will definitely help you resolve it.
