Solène and Stéphane are the best hosts you could ever imagine, they are bringing such a good energy on this pristine resort with magnificent view! Stéphane took us for a dawn patrol surf sessions with the quads, and spent a lot of time with us on the evening ☺️. We will definitely come back!

The place is exactly like in the pictures, It is really amazona. Service is superb, they arranged a wonderful birthday surprise for my wife including a bath tub full of petals. Breakfast is also above expectations.

I was lucky to have picked Anjo for my visit to the Maumere area. It's a real gem, just 5 min from a quiet beach and 10 min from town. The service level of the entire staff is definitely up to western standards. The food in the restaurant was delicious and some of the fruits and vegetables come from the property's own garden. You might be tempted by some of the beach accommodations in the area, but the people I met in the restaurant and at a snorkeling tour who stayed closer to town all struggled with sleep due to traffic and karaoke parties, which seem common practice. They wished they had booked at Anjo. So, from one traveler to another: look no further.

The owner and the staff were very nice, we even went on a trip with them to the Sekumpul Waterfall. The food was good, the location and the view were beautiful. The pool was very nice, big and clean.

Spectacular hotel. The attention to details everywhere, breakfast is extraordinary ( and you can have it at any time of the day - so cool), the room is spotless, decor is beautiful, it's peaceful just 5 minutes from busy areas of Canguu. The hotel buggy can take you and pick you up in town at any time, and hotel staff is simply the best. So so nice and yet so professional at the same time. We loved everything about it.

Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted by Eka with a warm smile, cold towels, and a complimentary cooler. Check-in was completely stress-free, and the staff were so efficient and accommodating that we were able to check in two hours early. We were then introduced to Dicky, who was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a thorough tour of the entire property, making sure we were well-acquainted with all the facilities. He was professional and seamlessly communicated our dietary preferences to the rest of the team, ensuring that everything was handled without any confusion. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, with sweeping views of the rice fields from the main living area and pool. It truly felt like paradise. The chef’s food was impeccable, and the portion sizes were perfect—each meal a delight. We visited at the end of the tourist season, so we had the entire place to ourselves for five days. Despite the quieter atmosphere, the staff remained attentive and made sure every need was met, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Gusti provided outstanding service, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. He ensured our every need was met with warmth and professionalism, while also engaging us in meaningful conversations that gave us a deeper understanding of Balinese culture. His insights into local customs, traditions, and daily life were fascinating, and we truly appreciated how he took the time to share his knowledge, enriching our experience. Ade also provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals around the property, offering interesting facts that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also went on a half-day tour with Rana, who was a fantastic driver, very funny, and even taught us some of the local language to use during our trip.

I enjoyed my time during my stay at Plawa Laguna Bali. It was really incredible and memorable stay. The staff, the foods, love the minibar though, and the pool is one the unique pools I can say. Everything is just perfect. It's quiet area but yet it'a close to any public places you need. The beach is just few meters and morning walk around the area was also my favorite part. I will definetely go back. Recommended one for sure!

I think it was just awesome. The place was super clean and beautiful. Kind of dream place in a village.. We had everything. Hosts suppored us with everything we needed.

Comfortable classy rooms in a tastefully designed boutique hotel ideally situated next to a surf break. Interesting healthy menu and friendly helpful staff. The owners are great and make you feel very welcome. We were so lucky to find this secret spot and kept extending our stay

Absolutely lovely, nicely decorated property full of plants and flowers in a very convenient location. It is close to all the action, but in a quieter street so it offers a relaxing environment, peace & quiet. The most helpful and friendly staff.
