Excellent service from Yosef and his team. The hotel is modern and comfortable, well integrated into the community with Western standards. Outstanding dining and customer service. They also arrange airport pickup if needed. I would definitely stay with them again

The owner and the staff were very nice, we even went on a trip with them to the Sekumpul Waterfall. The food was good, the location and the view were beautiful. The pool was very nice, big and clean.

I came with high expectations (a 9.9 on Booking and five stars on Google says a lot!) and yet somehow, this place still managed to exceed them. When I think of a perfect hotel, Uma Kalai is now exactly the kind of place that comes to mind. Everything here is spot on. The staff is incredibly friendly. Many of them come from big-name hotels like Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton, but honestly, those places can’t even compare to the level of service you get here. With only six bungalows, it’s an intimate and personal experience that’s truly one of a kind. I have to give a special shoutout to Dicky, Gusti and Eka —thank you for your amazing hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back! They truly thought of everything for our day trip, even packing a bag with all the essentials—sarongs, towels and even little bags for our wet clothes. I could hardly believe how thoughtful and perfect everything was. Next time, we’re definitely staying for a longer visit! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing and I have no doubt that your success will only grow.

Perfect accomodation for a couple. Beautiful place, with a very nice swimming area. The room with a private pool we chose was cozy and everything was so cleaned. The personnel always very kind and ready to satisfy any inquiry or request. Upon arrival they welcome us with a fresh towel and drink which was seriously appreciated. Security in front of the villa at any time. Location very near to the mai beaches of Canggu. We loved all!

We had an unforgettable stay at Pitu a Punggul Village Escape. :) From the moment we arrived, the warmth and generosity of the Agung brothers (owners) and their incredible staff made us feel truly welcome. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the service was exceptional. Pitu offers much more than just a beautiful place to stay. From great tours and delicious dinners to seamless drop-off services, everything was designed to make our experience effortless and memorable. The communication with Mrs. Esa via WhatsApp was super convenient. Mr. Agung personally guided us to some of Bali’s most breathtaking spots, including his family temples, which were deeply moving and absolutely worth the visit and stay on their own. The villa itself exceeded all expectations, more stunning than the photos suggest, with an atmosphere of nature and authenticity that’s hard to find. Truly something for nature lovers. We can also highly recommend the floating breakfast. It was beautifully presented. What truly made our stay special were the people. Mr. Agung, Mrs. Esa, and the entire team have hearts of gold. Their kindness and sincerity left a lasting impression (!!), we genuinely didn’t want to leave. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care, and we feel lucky to have experienced it. They strive for perfection to give their guests the best satisfaction. Thank you to the Agung brothers, Mrs. Esa, and everyone at Pitu for an extraordinary stay. We spent 4 wonderful days at this hotel. Located right by the beach, away from all the hustle and bustle. Perfect for those looking for a few peaceful days. Every corner of this hotel is beautiful, with every detail carefully thought out to give guests the best possible experience. We will definitely return. The food at the restaurant is fantastic — the menu is very diverse and offers unusual but very tasty options.

The place is brand new, the owners are an amazing couple who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They provided me great tips for local places to visit, accomodated all my needs (gave me anti-mosquito spray and even helped me send my luggage to Canggu to facilitate my travel plans) I recommend this place and 100% will come back again!!

Hotel and room is clean. Breakfast buffet menu is slightly changed everyday so you can enjoy the different breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby the hotel by walk. All staff are really friendly and helpful.

The modern hotel with a good service and great quality restaurant. Very safe, too.
