The owner and the staff were very nice, we even went on a trip with them to the Sekumpul Waterfall. The food was good, the location and the view were beautiful. The pool was very nice, big and clean.

Spectacular hotel. The attention to details everywhere, breakfast is extraordinary ( and you can have it at any time of the day - so cool), the room is spotless, decor is beautiful, it's peaceful just 5 minutes from busy areas of Canguu. The hotel buggy can take you and pick you up in town at any time, and hotel staff is simply the best. So so nice and yet so professional at the same time. We loved everything about it.

I came with high expectations (a 9.9 on Booking and five stars on Google says a lot!) and yet somehow, this place still managed to exceed them. When I think of a perfect hotel, Uma Kalai is now exactly the kind of place that comes to mind. Everything here is spot on. The staff is incredibly friendly. Many of them come from big-name hotels like Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton, but honestly, those places can’t even compare to the level of service you get here. With only six bungalows, it’s an intimate and personal experience that’s truly one of a kind. I have to give a special shoutout to Dicky, Gusti and Eka —thank you for your amazing hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back! They truly thought of everything for our day trip, even packing a bag with all the essentials—sarongs, towels and even little bags for our wet clothes. I could hardly believe how thoughtful and perfect everything was. Next time, we’re definitely staying for a longer visit! Keep doing exactly what you’re doing and I have no doubt that your success will only grow.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it, from the impeccable cleanliness to the incredibly polite and attentive staff. A special mention goes to the administrator, Ade, who is simply amazing! In any emergency situations—whether it was calling an ambulance, finding the right doctor, or providing help with treatment—Ade was always there to assist with genuine care and professionalism. Thanks to her, we felt completely safe and well-supported throughout our stay. The hotel’s kitchen deserves high praise as well. The chefs prepared delicious meals, and the service was always top-notch.

The owner of the villa, mr. Angu, was an excellent host who gave us a tour of the area, including some amazing waterfalls and his houses located nearby, which were of great tourist interest because they were very large and featured ancient temples Also the breakfast and the dinner that we had from chef Wayan has super tasty The suit girl Eza also was wonderful person and she did everything for us!!! The villa was amazing!!!!!! Just amazing!!!!

The host is super supportive and very friendly, he takes about every single details.

We are looking always for nice places to be, and this place is one of lil gem. Our villa with pool was WOW!!thank u !! We loved the roof top and it’s sunsets . Food and cocktail are made with love and are delicious! It’s a different kind of location and we loved it cause it’s still not so crowded! Staff are always super nice and friendly! We loved our time in Boni ❤️🙏🏼
