Desa Hay is so beautiful. I really enjoyed Munduk Cabins so I wanted to try out Desa Hay in Canggu. I'm so glad I did. The rooms, the garden and pool area are all so well done. Just a beautiful place. The staff are very kind and attentive. There was a storm that caused a power outage in all of Canggu, and Desa Hay was so kind to apologize and offer a gift for the trouble, even though they didn't have to, it was not their fault. They really do go above and beyond in terms of customer service.

Our favorite hotel experience in Sumba!

This is the best hotel in Canggu, everything about it is above and beyond. Attention to detail is incredible. Spa is stunning, with the best massages. I love it here and will definitely come back.

This is really a cozy paradise. The hospitality and caring for guests is truly top standard. The view is spectacular and facility is five star. We enjoyed the holiday ceremony held in the hotel temple and it is life experience ever. Meals are served with heart.

This property is AMAZING!!! We arrived late (8pm) due to travel delays, but honestly arriving after dark with the entire property lit up so beautifully made a WOW first impression!!! The two story bamboo architecture and craftsmanship is simply amazing!!! The rest of our stay exceeded our expectations as well. Our host Esa and Chef WYN absolutely spoiled us!!! Chef WYN’s breakfast was delivered to us, fresh and delicious omelettes, Balinese pancakes and waffles, and hot Bali coffee. This place is totally OPEN AIR, which we loved, the small private infinity pool was so clean and refreshing. Even better was soaking in a HOT bath “Outside” under the stars, then jumping back in the pool for a real cool down! The hanging loveseat swing downstairs was awesome and the built in floating hammock upstairs above the pool was even cooler! OH, and the bed, king size post bed with an awesome mosquito net, and SO COMFORTABLE!!! After breakfast we were told the owner would like to show us his home and village temple, which he did with such pride. Then he took us to a local waterfall that was another incredible cultural experience! Thank You Agung, Esa & Chef WYN for welcoming my wife & I so warmly. Your hospitality will never be forgotten ❤️

I love the staff, the design, the food and the overall vibe of the place. The staff of this place is simply incredible. They're the most attentive smiling bunch I've ever met in a Hotel. They always make sure that you're having the most relaxing and enjoyable time in this amazing hotel. The design of this place is out of this world. The pictures of this place looked amazing, so we were having super high expectations. But oh boy, we weren't disappointed. The design is so soothing to the soul and it's extremely beautiful and thought out. Another great thing about the hotel is the extra services. Cold water next to the pool, free shuttles to the most beautiful beach next to the resort etc. etc. The great thing about the breakfast was the fact that you could choose from a wide range of things on the breakfast menu, which was really nice given that we were staying at Boni Beach for 9 nights. A seven minute drive will bring you to Selong Belanak beach, the most beautiful beach of Lombok where you can surf and watch an amazing sunset while sipping a cocktail. The hotel also arranged a snorkeling tour for us where we swam with turtle and saw some blue Coral... What an amazing experience. This stay exceeded all expectations, it's simply unbelievable what Dylan, Bett, Angkar, Alan, Ragman, Erma and all the other amazing people from the staff created. They gave us the best days of our life. Highly recommend going to this little gem 💎🙏🙏

We stayed at this villas, and everything was absolutely wonderful! The place is very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained — every detail is well thought out. The rooms are cozy, the property is well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A huge thank you to the staff — everyone was kind, honest, and genuinely caring. Special thanks to Mr. Putu, who went out of his way to get medicine for me when I suddenly came down with Bali Belly. He brought the right treatment, and I recovered in just one day and was able to continue enjoying my vacation. I only have great things to say about this place. It’s a fantastic hotel with a warm and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Bali. Thank you to the whole team!

We loved our stay at the Valerian Villa! Everyone was so incredible, I wish I wrote down every persons name but that’s how amazing it was every single person who works there made sure we were treated amazingly and we so were. Ubud can get very busy so it was so nice having this private oasis that was so easy to get to using gojek or the free shuttle valerian Villa has! The details and the facilities and rooms were so wonderful. And very very yummy food!

Great villa with an amazing view. It’s what you imagine when you think of exotic Bali. We had our private jungle paradise with our own pool and garden. Also loved that the restaurant stayed open late.
