The staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay! The rooms on Level 2 are exceptional quality and so spacious. The hotel is so conveniently located we could walk to dinner and the museum without any trouble.

A completely new and fully integrated hotel. I was amazed by the organization at work from the moment I arrived until the time I left. Their breakfast was perfect, varied, and fresh. They offered me tea and juice as a treat. I am grateful to them and will be very happy with this stay. I would like to thank the hotel management and congratulate them on this excellent work.

This is a very nice hotel, in very good condition. The staff are excellent and took good care of me. It's in a quiet area of the city, but getting around is not a problem because the Careem app works in Erbil. So it's easy to call and pay for a taxi.
