The staff were so wonderful, especially the breakfast chef - my cheesy omelette was lovely and he even managed to make me an iced hot chocolate (I don't drink tea/coffee so was very happy and surprised they managed to accommodate my chocolate requests!). The room was a great size, very comfortable, good big windows and natural light. And it was very close to the airport and not too far from the city centre (I walk a lot and was able to walk to both). When I returned from sightseeing I asked for a bucket of ice and they brought me one!! And plenty of water available in the room too.
