Very comfortable beds, super breakfast delivered directly to your room, and excellent service. Very nice, spacious and modern room. We also got some great recommendations on where to go and what to visit—things I didn’t find on Google. I liked the lounge with the honesty bar and its amazing view. It felt like an extended part of your room. The room was on the 20th floor - the highest building in Reykjavik – what a view! Just 5 min walk to the main street with restaurants and pubs. Enjoyed the stay very much!

Super nice surroundings. The staff were so friendly and recommended nice things to do for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we got nice bathrobes. Breakfast had eggs, bacon warm bread and all kinds of other things. Coffee was good. Over all we had a super good stay here ☺️

Very relaxing atmosphere in the hotel, great facilities and perfect location to experience the northern part of Iceland. Restaurant in the hotel very good standard of food for both breakfast and dinner...the fish soup and lamb divine.

Very cozy facilities and the hot tub outside was a plus when we arrived and it was freezing. Large rooms and perfect lobby for a drink while watching the snow fall. Breakfast was 10/10!

We arrived a the most majestic, magical place we didn’t know existed. We loved arriving at the hotel and being greeted by a beautiful sheep dog who wanted to play with a smal stone and seemed really well trained. When we walked into the hotel, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff who took out bags and brought them to our room after showing us the way and introducing us to the hotel and it’s facilities. Staff were extended friendly. Additionally, there was a friendly white cat who became affectionate as we were sat outside cooling off from the sauna, who also greeted us at breakfast in the morning by sitting outside the window next to out table. We loved every single second. It felt like a real home rather than a hotel.

Phenomenal location, beautiful rooms

Location was ideal only a short walk from the main streets and the property was stunning.

Amazing Room with a great view overlooking Akureyri. The staff were very nice too - I arrived slightly early and they let me check in ahead of the standard time.

The location right next to the Geysir made this Hotel perfect for a stay during our 3 day stopover in Iceland. However, once on site - the hotel exceeded our expectations! The spacious architecture of the building is very impressive with a very stylish nordic interior design. The room was nice and had a very comfortable bed. Dinner and breakfast were excellent - do not forget to try the Geysir Bread! The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. A big tanks to Georgiana who helped me get back my scarf that I forgot in the room. Wished we could have stayed there longer.

It’s in an unbelievable paradise, lovely and one of the remotest places in Iceland .
