Guest reviewThe room was amazing! It was very spacious. The bathroom had a walk in shower and a bathtub and the bed was on a tatami. The staff was very kind and they offer many things (like the soup for dinner and coffee and cappuccino in the morning, and bath salts for bathing).

Guest reviewGood hospitality, hotel staffs are extremely helpful and proactive. Given a complimentary ride to metro station and sending us to OCAT bus terminal early in the morning. The hotel provides complimentary beverages which is a plus point and there is a pool table & massage chairs to relax after a long day.

Guest reviewThe location was good, it is near several convenience shops open 24/7 as well as a laundry station. Bus stops and train station are quite near as well within few walking minutes. Being so accessable and yet still in a quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but manageable having toilet and shower seperate which was a great bonus when one needs to use the toilet and the other showers at the same time. The hotel manager was amazing, friendly and ready to help with whatever necessity we had. He went the extra mile with us and surely made our stay better. He arranged delivery of our luggage to the next hotel whilst we where out exploring Kyoto, left us our breakfast in the room as we had to leave early... and so many more instances.
