The owners - Joyce and Claude - are extremely friendly. They made us feel at home from the beggining. They helped us with everything - transport from airport, organizing Safari trips, buyin food (they have a shop as well) ... Joyce is also a very good cook - her food is tasty and, even more important, we didn't have any stomach problems during our stay (which is quite rare in Africa). Their prices are also reasonable. Clear 10/10.

We had a lovely stay in Iten with Joyce, Claude and Jeff. We had arrived by bicycle in need of a relaxing rest day and JC Iten did not disappoint. The food was outstanding, rooms very comfortable and clean and the hosts so helpful. Lovely cats and massive thanks for the advice regarding our onward travel. If we return to Iten in the future, JC will be where we stay!! :)

Wonderful services with luxurious facilities. Hotel staffs are polite and dishes they served me were fantastic. If I have opportunity to come back to Nairobi, I want to stay Deerpark Luxury Stays again.

Wilson our driver - WHAT A LEGEND. Amazing to see all of the animals - saw all of the big 5 on our first day Hippo corner was a great edition Don’t get me started on the food, literally the most flavourful food I have eaten, better than any London restaurant.

It was a great location overseeing the valley. And the Maasai Mara park. I had an incredible dinner. The best goat of my life. The people were also super nice. We went for a Nature walk which was lovely. Even after having seen the Governors camp in the paek. It was so cool as we could WALK and not drive between the Zebras and Gnus.

I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family.
