Could not fault this hotel, was picked up from the airport in a vintage rolls Royce free,all you have to do is book in advance. It is only a short work to pub street and street food lined along the river, we ate a couple of times in the hotel and the food was very good. the staff couldn’t do enough for you polite and friendly. If I return to Siem reap this would be the place I would stay Excellent.

Everything! we felt extremely welcome in every way. The best hotel we've had in ages. Nice rooms and bath, lovely pool. but the staff were exceptional and made the stay extra enjoyable. They were proactive, helpful. And use their services as they know the people and only hire others who are as guest oriented as themselves. For a reasonable price. An 11 would have been better than a 10.

Beside the Angkor Temple, this hotel is another reason why I wanted to visit SiemReap. Infact, the experience went above and beyond. From the moment I entered this hotel, I was greeted by Mr.Yin. He really friendly and always ready to help with whatever questions that I had. The pool looks amazing, clean and has beautiful views. The staff is very friendly. And eveytime I back to the hotel, they welcomed me like their family, warm and kind. The food is delicious, and many thanks to Joseph, he offered me golden hours with funky good cocktails. Also, he spoke excellent English which was very helpful. Make sure to try the complementary tuktuk service, teatime everyday and ask Mr.Yin if you want any tours and shuttles for you.

Absolutely wonderful resort, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for you. Thank you to everyone. The bungalows are clean and well maintained, spacious, and peaceful. The pool is amazing. The breakfast was not in buffet but a la carte as it was low season, and it was very good, made fresh by a chef every morning. The resort is a 10 min tuk tuk drive from Pub street and city center, which cost around 2$. The great thing is the resort cover one back and forth per day for free, so you can go to dinner and come back without worry.
