Very cozy and exceptional supporting staff

The hotel is amazing but the staff truly making this hotel exceptional! We were floored by the customer service from check in, to the restaurant, the spa as well as our tour experience the hotel organized for us! The WOW factor is very high here and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all who made our time at Viroth's exceptional!

- The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the famous Pub Street and many other tourist attractions. As the hotel is a bit hidden away on a smaller road, it still feels very calm and peaceful. - The infinity pool surrounded by big palm trees and comfortable relax chairs is one of the main highlights of the hotel! The water is a bit chilly, but perfect to cool down as it can get very hot during the day. The pool area feels like a small green oasis, allowing you to quickly escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. - The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile on their face. They are also more than happy to inform you of the different activities and book them for you. - I did not have breakfast included, but had a fresh fruit platter at the restaurant. This must have been the best fruit platter I had during my stay in Cambodia. Very fresh and tasty! They also offer complementary afternoon tea and snacks, which are very tasty! - Our room was spacious, tidy, and had everything needed (well functioning air conditioning unit and a safe for your valuable belongings). I enjoyed the simplicity of the room and the cleanness of the bathroom.

The owner is superfriendly and warm hearted person! The room is absolutely perfect! Big, clean, comfortable and the the enteriour is very unique. I loved it!

The hosts were wonderful and so helpful in assisting us with any queries we had regarding tours and transport and allowed us to check out late as our sleeper bus was at 11pm; the food available was lovely and affordable and the rooms were cleaned daily.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very quiet and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool and restaurant were great, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time without needing to leave the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for sightseeing and dining options nearby. Overall, a perfect experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! PS - Spa is also great !!

Room, comfy beds, refreshing pool, the best hosts. Very loving people, beautiful Cambodian family. We got a snack every morning for our trip, they have the best tour guy Pen Tours, north and south journeys recommended, we experienced both touristic attractions as well as local food and life. They sent a tuktuk for us to the bus station.

Very nice staff. They printed our visa. The rooms were super comfortable.

We liked and loved everything about the place. The nature reserve is such a lovely and relaxing place. The room was amazing, clean and the pool was crystal clear. However the best thing is how helpful, friendly and amazing the staff are. They really go out of their way to accommodate you and make it one of the most memorable experience ever. The staff also go the extra mile, engages with you, have conversations and really enaure that you are enjoying your stay. Our taxi driver also took us wherever we wanted to go whether it was to the temples or the floating village. We asked him for recommendations for restaurants and they were all amazing places. We would recommend this place to anyone who asks. If there were more than 5 stars we would give it. Thanks
