The best location is close to the city but quiet and relaxed. Everyone smiles all the time. The room is clean, and the pool is very nice and well-organized.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our host, Heng, was extremely helpful and kind. He gave us great advise about tours, cafes and restaurants. They always greet us with delicious fresh juices. We definitively recomend it!

I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel, so great everything was. the staff and the manager go beyond to help and accommodate things for us. The room is big, fancy, beautiful shower. The pool is amazing - clean, warm, a true delight. Nice breakfast. They help you arrange all the itineraries for Angkor Wat etc. The previous reviews were right this place is a gem!

The property is located a little further out the city centre, which is awesome, since the city centre is littered with bunches of tourists and annoyingly forceful tuktuk drivers. The property has organized their own tuktuk drivers who were really helpful and nice. It is even possible to take drivers whatsapp and call them when you need pickup from city centre back to hotel. The staff was super helpful and willing to do anything that helped to form the stay in the hotel and furthermore in the city and surroundings of Siem Reap the best that could be. Hotel is really nice and peaceful, great if you want some quiet escape during your travels.

I was particularly impressed by Ms. Sreykeo Heng, the head receptionist. Her understanding, compassionate care, and dedicated attention were the warmest interaction I've ever experienced with a hotel employee.

It was an amazing stay at Muni Residence and Spa. We stayed 2 nights, we had a very warm welcoming from the lovely team who was very thoughtful and put a lot of attention on us making sure that we had everything we needed. They prepared many snacks for us before leaving for the day and when we came back too. Everything was perfectly cleaned and the room was very comfortable. The swimming pool area is very peaceful. Their partner tuktuk driver/guide Pin was very great too. We have spent the whole day with him and he brought us too many places and with a lot of explanations for us to understand better his city and culture. This accommodation is absolutely amazing! Our first visit to Siem Reap could not have left a better impression. The bungalow is perfectly equipped, breakfast on the terrace is perfect, you can order any other food during the day and they will bring it to you. The transfer from the airport was punctual and fast, the tuktuk driver Sokkhen was nice and helpful during the day when he took us around the temples of Angkor for a great price. The private pool at the bungalow was beautifully clean, the ladies at the reception were very helpful and beautiful. No noise disturbed us, we thoroughly enjoyed this short stay and we would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.
