The staff is always very attentive and on the ball , they go out of their way to be of service , the food is excellent compliments to the chefs . Very clean , beautiful surroundings , wonderfull pool

An absolutely perfect hotel stay. The hotel and staff are exceptional. From the moment we got collected at the airport until we checked out every touchpoint was brilliant. The rooms are spacious and well designed and food options for room service and restaurant are really excellent.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Mango Kesararam was fantastic, from the room amenities, and the large bathroom, to the small but deep swimming pool, I could not have expected more. The owner Heng is easily the best host I have met.. Everything I requested, from late-night swimming to all sorts of transportation arrangements, was met with the highest satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Very good stay, excellent service from the first minute. Welcome drink and fruit plate, room upgrade, personal introduction to the hotel and it's spirit (which is based on charitable projects that get supported with the profit of the hotel as a business and establishing a community). beds were very comfy and the free waffles and tea in the afternoon were tasty. Hotel has an attractive spot between the city and Angkor temples. Pool was just great to relax in. We also had dinner one night and really liked it. Staff is extraordinary and helpful in every situation. don't hesitate to ask your questions and use the support of the community of the people behind this hotel to make your stay unforgettable and flawless.

Prompted by the good reviews, we spent 5 days at the Bliss Angkor in Siem Reap. And it was everything we had hoped and wanted: starting with the general manager Mr. Thea Luon and his entire team, we had a fantastic 5 days in this small, fine boutique hotel. From breakfast to returning from our tours, where we were able to relax by the very beautiful and well-maintained pool, the staff did their best to fulfill our every wish. Mr. Thea bLuon offered to organize a tuk tuk driver for our 3-day tour. And that's how we came across Mr. Bunlong. He wasn't just any driver, he was the best in all of Siem Reap. He always picked us up from the hotel on time and suggested how we could best spend these 3 days safely, comfortably and stress-free. And he did a great job. We were really lucky to meet him. We really had a wonderful few days in Siem Reap, the people were friendly and if we were to come back again, we would definitely choose the bliss angkor and Mr. Bunlong as our driver. Best food we ate in Cambodia was at The Nature. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent service and the facilities were of high quality.

This was a wonderful, quiet hotel resort just outside of Siem Reap. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The common areas were inviting, and the pool refreshing, especially after spending the morning/afternoon exploring Angkor Wat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and considerate. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by 1 more night, just to enjoy everything. We highly recommend it!

This place is really exceptional because of the lovely staff making you feel cared for during your stay. A lot of care clearly goes into this place, rooms are very comfortable, has everything you need. The location is ideal, nicely quiet, but close enough to walk anywhere for restaurants/shops. I couldn’t recommend it more, never received such an amazing service before. Support this family run business and enjoy a perfect holiday stay!

The hotel looks very classy and yet the price is affordable. The room is big and very clean. The location is very much within walking distance to the city center. It really a good value for money. The hotel gave restaurant that will server guests not just for breakfast but also lunch and dinner after exhausting and wonderful tour in Siem Riep. Another factor I would like to mention is that the hotel staff were very accommodating as our check out time is at 12nn but later I extended until 8pm as our flight is at 10pm and they extended our stay. This accommodation is absolutely amazing! Our first visit to Siem Reap could not have left a better impression. The bungalow is perfectly equipped, breakfast on the terrace is perfect, you can order any other food during the day and they will bring it to you. The transfer from the airport was punctual and fast, the tuktuk driver Sokkhen was nice and helpful during the day when he took us around the temples of Angkor for a great price. The private pool at the bungalow was beautifully clean, the ladies at the reception were very helpful and beautiful. No noise disturbed us, we thoroughly enjoyed this short stay and we would be happy to recommend this accommodation to others.
