I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Little gem in a great location. Amazing swimming pool, really clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows and facilities recently renovated. Very friendly staff. I would return again!

The staff was amazing ! Extremely helpful and kind. The atmosphere was so cozy. I loved the care for details from the refreshing towels to welcome you each time you get back to the hotel to the beautiful flowers on the table. Amazing !

Excellent family run establishment in Battambang. Lots of little extras, big breakfast available. Pool on premises. Given an upgrade on my last night stay. Family is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Rooms spotless and comfortable beds.

Everything, the place is so beautiful and calm, it's probably the best hotel we stayed in. Also, the food is amazing. The distance is no problem because they have the tuk tuk available for free to the city centre.

I was particularly impressed by Ms. Sreykeo Heng, the head receptionist. Her understanding, compassionate care, and dedicated attention were the warmest interaction I've ever experienced with a hotel employee.

Our stay at Angkor Heart was really great. From the spacious bungalows, cleanliness, food and ambience of the place, you feel so pampered. The staff is exceptionally attentive, serving us cold drink, snacks and cold towel after getting back from the temple tour.The food is delicious, especially the breakfast. They have laundry service, airport transfers and free ride to Pubstreet (one way). They even have gifts for the guest after check out:) Definitely recommending this place to everyone staying at siem reap.
