The staff is always very attentive and on the ball , they go out of their way to be of service , the food is excellent compliments to the chefs . Very clean , beautiful surroundings , wonderfull pool

Friendly service, relaxed setting, well priced, beautiful hotel

This is an exceptional hotel; it was my favorite hotel of our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. It is hard to put into words how magical this property is! From the moment we arrived we could see we were in for a treat. The staff were very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was beautifully furnished with mid-century furniture, and the bathroom featured a lovely long bench so there was plenty of room for our bathroom stuff. We liked the art and interesting decorations in the room. The public areas are nicely laid out with room for everyone, and I loved the beautiful floor tiles! The pool was of a generous size and the loungers comfortable. Everywhere you look you can see the care and attention to detail put into making this hotel so special. The food and drinks in the restaurant were tasty and we absolutely loved the cocktails. It has been said before in other posts, but it is worth mentioning again that what sets this hotel far apart from others is the sensational service. All staff were attentive, professional and knowledgeable and managed to combine this with a sense of truly caring for their guests, and it always felt genuine. We would love to come back one day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

It was one of the best experiences we had with a stay in our trip. The owner is really friendly we basically help us out with each other single thing we need (transfer, tickets, tour, places to eat, laundry,restaurant discounts). Every time we came back from some tour he was offering some coffee or tee. A gentlemen, so polite! When you get there to check-in, you will be welcomed with a Mango juice, so good tasting. Well, so happy we did stayed with them. Also pretty gay friendly since we are two gays traveling. Thansk!

A very nice hotel supporting local people. The price they offer (including the room fee, tour price etc) is very great and I recommend everyone visiting Cambodia to choose this hotel. The decoration is also very impressive and the staff is super friendly.

Prompted by the good reviews, we spent 5 days at the Bliss Angkor in Siem Reap. And it was everything we had hoped and wanted: starting with the general manager Mr. Thea Luon and his entire team, we had a fantastic 5 days in this small, fine boutique hotel. From breakfast to returning from our tours, where we were able to relax by the very beautiful and well-maintained pool, the staff did their best to fulfill our every wish. Mr. Thea bLuon offered to organize a tuk tuk driver for our 3-day tour. And that's how we came across Mr. Bunlong. He wasn't just any driver, he was the best in all of Siem Reap. He always picked us up from the hotel on time and suggested how we could best spend these 3 days safely, comfortably and stress-free. And he did a great job. We were really lucky to meet him. We really had a wonderful few days in Siem Reap, the people were friendly and if we were to come back again, we would definitely choose the bliss angkor and Mr. Bunlong as our driver. The staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly! The pool is a perfect way to relax at the end of the day and the rooms were a great size and very comfortable!

Staff 100% friendly and professional. Tuk Tuk service from the Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the city was amazing, the drivers are really professional. The service was really good, cleaned hotel and beautiful place with a mix of local design and nature. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The staff were so kind, received little sweets in morning and upon arrival, staff gave us a scarf to wear to keep the sun off the back of our necks while motorbiking
