The staff is always very attentive and on the ball , they go out of their way to be of service , the food is excellent compliments to the chefs . Very clean , beautiful surroundings , wonderfull pool

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

An absolutely perfect hotel stay. The hotel and staff are exceptional. From the moment we got collected at the airport until we checked out every touchpoint was brilliant. The rooms are spacious and well designed and food options for room service and restaurant are really excellent.

Probably the best accomodation experience I've had in my life. Mr Heng's hospitality made me and my partner feel right at home, he helped organise all trips which were all great, the rooms were big and clean, and the value for money is unmatched. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very good stay, excellent service from the first minute. Welcome drink and fruit plate, room upgrade, personal introduction to the hotel and it's spirit (which is based on charitable projects that get supported with the profit of the hotel as a business and establishing a community). beds were very comfy and the free waffles and tea in the afternoon were tasty. Hotel has an attractive spot between the city and Angkor temples. Pool was just great to relax in. We also had dinner one night and really liked it. Staff is extraordinary and helpful in every situation. don't hesitate to ask your questions and use the support of the community of the people behind this hotel to make your stay unforgettable and flawless.

Prompted by the good reviews, we spent 5 days at the Bliss Angkor in Siem Reap. And it was everything we had hoped and wanted: starting with the general manager Mr. Thea Luon and his entire team, we had a fantastic 5 days in this small, fine boutique hotel. From breakfast to returning from our tours, where we were able to relax by the very beautiful and well-maintained pool, the staff did their best to fulfill our every wish. Mr. Thea bLuon offered to organize a tuk tuk driver for our 3-day tour. And that's how we came across Mr. Bunlong. He wasn't just any driver, he was the best in all of Siem Reap. He always picked us up from the hotel on time and suggested how we could best spend these 3 days safely, comfortably and stress-free. And he did a great job. We were really lucky to meet him. We really had a wonderful few days in Siem Reap, the people were friendly and if we were to come back again, we would definitely choose the bliss angkor and Mr. Bunlong as our driver. This was one of the best places we have stayed.. from start to end the staffs were a gem..@special shout-out to Mr. Yin(pronounced as Zin)..he was so so sooo friendly..he helped us plan our tours and guided us at a lot of places..we talked a lot.. also the ambience and the food was great..the room we stayed in was superb..exceeding expectations..we loved our stay there..

If I could take a dozen stars out of the sky and put them here- I would because 10 aint enough. Checking out of this residence felt like being put out of heaven. Little Muni and baby Alexandro, Narah who taught me how to ride a motorbike, uncle's honesty, and all my sister's laughter! The little food surprises 😁I got a free room upgrade (I think they understood my strain after a long train trip). And so - I cannot commend you enough - as very few places I've been to manages to combine effortless kindness and hospitality - with perfect sized rooms (e.g soft beds AND choice of soft/ hard pillows) quitetude with urbanism, and - sustainability without bragging about it - All at a fair price. Worth mentioning they have an organic farm, so the food is delicious, especially the juices- and the saltwater (clorine free) pool is not only good for you, its an imperative and logical (uncle) though for the future, that more hotels should adapt I hope you grow up happy, Muni. The service, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Very good amenities from pool, sky bar and pool bar. We don't want to leave this hotel, we want this to be our home.

This was a wonderful, quiet hotel resort just outside of Siem Reap. Our bungalow was spacious and very comfortable. The common areas were inviting, and the pool refreshing, especially after spending the morning/afternoon exploring Angkor Wat. The staff was friendly, helpful, and considerate. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by 1 more night, just to enjoy everything. We highly recommend it!

The staff at the hotel are amazing. If we sat by the pool they brought us towels. They were very attentive without hanging around. Very impressive. When we got back from a day trip they greeted us with juice and cookies or fruit. The hotel is very clean and is small so feels exclusive. The breakfast is huge and served on a table just outside your room. Very romantic.
