This place I heard of my friend. However, the quality of the room, bed sheets, cleanliness, shower-and even hammam have been over my expectations. The admin responded to me earlier on pre-arrival time via WhatsApp, which was very helpful. I do recommend this place for those who appreciate and value high service and peace of mind. You won't regret it at all! The admin was super kind to carry my luggage all the way up during my chekc in and up during my departure. All admin are super polite and serviceminded 10/10

The service from the staff was exceptional. They are very conscious of your needs and try their best to accommodate. Despite language barriers they still made efforts to understand and were very honest. You just need to be patient and have Google translate on. Room was stocked with a variety of teas, coffee, bottled water and a kettle. Also other amenities like an iron, washing machine and even slippers! Fridge was also big enough for us to store leftovers. Our room also had a couch, which made unwinding in the evening very easy. Room was super clean, the staff work very hard clearly to keep the place tidy. Biggest selling point is the rooms and the staff. The place seems to be run by some hard working ladies who are always available to help regardless of the hour.

Beautiful location next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful, from reception to doorman. It was my friend’s birthday and they prepared a small cake for us and to celebrate our reunion. Best hotel in my whole travel of the country. Room was spacious, clean, sound proof and good. The smart tv was actually working and didn't buffer while we watched a movie. Location wise also good you will be able to see local life if you roam around a bit. Bathroom had all amenities and clean. You can also purchase souvenir near the reception area and prices are reasonable got a ship from them.

Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water. The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan. The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see. There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.
