Hotels in Laos

Room was very clean. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Only problem is that how you get there. Get the taxi what hotel offers you! You get there easier

We stayed here for 2 days. We had an amazing stay here. The view from the hotelroom is incredible. You can look over the mountains. Also the people from the hostel are super super friendly and are always willing to help you with anything. When we arrived in the rain the staff run out the door with an umberella. We also liked the pool. There is a lot of sun there but if you want you can also stay in the shade. For the rest, the hotel is near by everything so that's great aswell. When we go back to Laos we will definetly stay here again.

A wonderful place looking straight on to the Mekong river where you can enjoy an edenic scenery from early morning to sunset. The nature around is enchanting and everything invites you to relax. The welcome is friendly. The manager and his staff are very considerate and smiling. They know how good customer service is. They were also very helpful in booking for us a trip to 4000 islands (we took a boat from their pier which is down the stairs from the hotel). The room is clean and very comfortable. The terrace overlooks the Mekong river and its quiet life. The swimming pool is a pleasant place to relax. The restaurant is good. We had such a blast there that we decided to extend our stay 2 additional nights! We highly recommend this place! This is one of the best hotel we did in Laos so far!

Everything ! The property is gorgeous, the staff is amazing, very polite, attentive and helpful. The location is a piece of paradise with a beautiful view of the Mekong river, especially at sunset. I would come back here again and again. On top of all of this, great value for the money.

Excellent stay in Champasak. Staff was really nice and are the real jewels at Residence Bassac. Breakfast was top and the restaurant serves really nice food. The rooms where nice, clean and big.

The gentle and helpful staff. The excellent breakfasts. The showcasing of local craft in the decor. The off the beaten track but central location. The bicycles provided by the hotel. The beautiful pool, spacious balcony and gorgeous room.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything about the hotel is very nice, it's new (3 weeks into opening), clean, staff are nice and welcoming. The breakfast menu comes in a variety for guests which was very nice. Walkable distance to the touristic area near the night market.

I loved this hotel. It's in a good location, quiet but close to the night market. The room was great, comfortable bed, great AC and a wonderful hot shower. The staff, especially Jessica, was fantastic in all areas. It's also great value for money. I highly recommend.
