It was an outstanding experience, from hosting, clean and perfect hygiene, feels like home, the hotel is Very clean that should be rated as 5 stars hotel, the staff were so friendly and accommodative, Cynthia the owner was checking her guests making sure they're having good time and that's very Rare to see.. definitely I will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Haya Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Wassim, General Manager, for his professionalism and kindness — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent service and genuine hospitality from the whole team. Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!

The location and staff are charming and the best aspect about it. The hotel interior and gardens are also very tasteful and cozy, it felt really good going back there after a long day around the area. But really the staff were amazing.

The employees are amazing, super caring and loving. They do all to make guests feel confortable. I travel the world for work and stay in many hotels, but this one is amongst my best experiences. Big thanks to Manuella, Ali, Sara and Firas.

Everything is wonderful and the most amazing thing is that they have electricity 24 hours a day... The hotel is very clean and its services are excellent and all the staff in the hotel are so nice that you feel as if you are in your second home……I would like to thank the hotel management and the entire staff.. especially the customer service.. Amazing hotel, we definitely recommend it! The breakfast and restaurant are amazing- the food is delicious and it is so beautiful to sit in the terrace. The staff are very friendly and nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon. We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.

The jacuzzi is big and fits 2 people comfortably. The living room was spacious, my friends came over and we were 5 people sitting. Also the heaters worked perfectly as the temperature outside was very low.

The management was very friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate us.

La Maison Des Cedres is something special. It has been built as a labour of love and is beautifully designed. From the moment you arrive - you feel like you're in a special place. The location is nothing short of spectacular and the surrounding scenery is simply amazing. The rooms and entire hotel is designed and furnished exquisitely and we had a wonderful stay. Although it was cold outside - our rooms were cosy and warm. The bar and restaurant area is warm and classy with a beautiful fireplace and view across the nearby mountains. Petro the manager is one of the most friendly people and looked after us with great care. He went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even went in his car to pick up some food from a nearby restaurant for us. We loved every minute of the stay and posted loads of pictures on Instagram and facebook! A memorable experience that we will not forget!
