It was an outstanding experience, from hosting, clean and perfect hygiene, feels like home, the hotel is Very clean that should be rated as 5 stars hotel, the staff were so friendly and accommodative, Cynthia the owner was checking her guests making sure they're having good time and that's very Rare to see.. definitely I will come back again.

Wonderful experience a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Warm hospitality made my experience truly special. The rooms were elegant, clean and the dining was exceptional. Staff is very helpful. They even helped me with my flight info, calling the airport for help. The hotel is in the city center. Taxis are available and very helpful. I stayed twice in the hotel, I am very happy with the service there and would highly recommend it.

Amazing hotel, we definitely recommend it! The breakfast and restaurant are amazing- the food is delicious and it is so beautiful to sit in the terrace. The staff are very friendly and nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon. We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.

La Maison Des Cedres is something special. It has been built as a labour of love and is beautifully designed. From the moment you arrive - you feel like you're in a special place. The location is nothing short of spectacular and the surrounding scenery is simply amazing. The rooms and entire hotel is designed and furnished exquisitely and we had a wonderful stay. Although it was cold outside - our rooms were cosy and warm. The bar and restaurant area is warm and classy with a beautiful fireplace and view across the nearby mountains. Petro the manager is one of the most friendly people and looked after us with great care. He went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even went in his car to pick up some food from a nearby restaurant for us. We loved every minute of the stay and posted loads of pictures on Instagram and facebook! A memorable experience that we will not forget!

The location was easily accessible , nevertheless I found certain difficulty in parking my car. Before I leave the hotel, I found on my email that the hotel has sent me a message that I could have parked in a safe location for just $3 only.

i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.

The hotel location overlooking the Mediterranean sea is breathtaking. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The Lebanese restaurant had a nice terrace and the food was exceptional.

What a beautiful BEAUTIFUL place! A haven in nature right below the cedars in what is probably the most beautiful part of the Chouf The panorama of the mountain from the exquisite colourful garden is gorgeous, the interior design is so elegant and funky, a rarity in hotels at this price range. The spa was a great addition compared to last year (cold plunge, sauna, etc...). People working here are SO nice... So genuine... I was really impressed again! Will come back this summer with the kids and use Al Fundok as a base to explore the region with them
