I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly caring and kind, making us feel like part of their family. Their warm welcome and continuous attentiveness made our stay truly special. One highlight was definitely the tour with the host (Rabi) to see the lorises. These fascinating creatures, which are hardly seen anywhere else in the world, left us completely enchanted. It was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Thank you for this unforgettable time – we will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at ocean bliss villa mirissa with the reasonable price and is good value for money. 'A truly home like stay'. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect ans amazing - closed to Kamburugamuwa beach, Mirissa beach and Madiha beach. We got the breakfast also. It was very delicious. I higherly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Mirissa , Kamburugamuwa , Madiha , Polhena and Matara areas and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Leel's Safari Cottage is much more than just accommodation. It's hard to explain how well we were welcomed by Leel and his family. The attention to detail, where nothing is lacking for their guests. An incredible accommodation, well looked after, thought out down to the smallest detail. As hosts in our country we are quite demanding and critical of the accommodations where we usually stay, but here, a rating of 10 is not enough. It exceeded all expectations and it's good to realize that here, welcoming guests is more than just a business. It's done from the heart. I can only recommend that you leave your entire experience in Leel's hands, from the meals to the safari. Leel, thank you very much for welcoming us so well.

The rooms were also very spacious, very well made and very clean. had their special srilankan rice & curry which was superb.

Everything! Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve travelled a lot. Everything was clean. Food was amazing - be sure to eat all meals here if you can. An outdoor shower was a real highlight too. The family could not do enough for us. They even came along on the safari tour with us in case the guide didn’t have good English. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Best staff I have experienced. The guys were so friendly. They are amazing. The food and the spice route made this a 9+ experience. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Well done! We booked this hotel on our first day, since it was close to the airport, we might book on our last day as well.

I liked everything from the friendly lady in the reception and to my checkout. The restaurant is probably the best one in this area.

It was one of the most peaceful surroundings, kindest staff and even the food was brilliant. Rooms were huge, the pool is massive but the garden area was the best part of the property. 10/10 anyday.

What a beautiful place to stay! Great place to relax by the pool or use as a base to explore the area. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious and really wished we could have stayed longer. The host Peter really made everything special!

Our stay at the Rainforest Nest was amazing. The hosts are the kindest persons, and always smiling. Saman is a great guide, thanks to him we saw a lot of endemic animals! We definitely recommend going on a rainforest tour with him. His wife is an awesome cook. We loved their food and the couple was very accommodating. The room was clean, very lovely and with a stunning view on the mountains. We would definitely love to come back. It was an delightful time. Julie and Laurenz

the perfect way to explore two parks, see the elephants and get great information about the jungle. rooms and foods were ok. great jungle tour as well.
