I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

From the very first moment, we felt right at home. The hosts were incredibly caring and kind, making us feel like part of their family. Their warm welcome and continuous attentiveness made our stay truly special. One highlight was definitely the tour with the host (Rabi) to see the lorises. These fascinating creatures, which are hardly seen anywhere else in the world, left us completely enchanted. It was a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. Thank you for this unforgettable time – we will definitely be coming back!

I had a fantastic stay at Ocean Bliss Villa. The property was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. The view was breathtaking, and the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome from the start. Highly recommended!

Leel's place is without a doubt the best place I've stayed in in Sri Lanka and more than deserves its perfect score. The accommodation is nested in the middle of Leel's beautiful garden. The feeling of staying in the jungle carries all the way through the bathroom, which is full of gorgeous plants. You can clearly see the love and attention to details Leel has poured into creating his cottages. The room is incredibly clean and smells amazing, the aircon is very silent, the lighting is great, there are multiple power points with USB and international power points, the linen is new, the water is hot, there is a small fridge and plenty of storage. The outdoor seating area with its little swing is just the perfect place to relax. But more than anything else, what makes Leel's place truly special is his kindness and care. Leel is a wonderful safari guide with an incredible knowledge of the park and its animals, but also a beautiful man whom I've enjoyed chatting with in the evenings. Leel's family - his wife and his mom - has been incredibly caring and looked after me like a daughter. His mom is a fantastic cook and an impressive woman who made me feel like I was visiting family. So much so that I felt emotional leaving the place. If you find a free room and have the chance to stay, do not hesitate a minute. You'll love it too.

The host is amazing! They help you with everything! Also The rooms are super. Airco and fan + multiple lights. And ofcourse a nice warm shower. We booked a safari tour with them and the driver is also The guide. He has much knowledge of the animals and has eagle eyes so he spots anything you are looking for. 10/10

The super friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable (eg when my daughter hurt herself they produced a toy elephant for her to keep, or making different dishes of food because had never tried them). Added to this the very relaxed vibe of the place made it the perfect place to end our holiday.

I liked everything from the friendly lady in the reception and to my checkout. The restaurant is probably the best one in this area.

The Stay was absolutely lovely, best stay of our trip. The hosts really made it great as they told us a lot about the area and different restaurants and places to visit, as well as information regarding the area. Beautiful hotel and Peters breakfasts were amazing, different every day and super tasty.
