I rate this hotel 10/10 solely due to its amazing staff. Particularly one receptionist, Moses, made my stay in Liberia exceptional. I told the manager he should give Moses a big bonus, which he said he would, and I hope he meant it, because without Moses and his colleagues this hotel would not deserve a rating like this.

Rooms were up to top European standards, pool was superb, reception team were incredible (Ishmael was particularly helpful), bed comfortable and bathroom clean.
